YOUR NEXT STEP IN SERVICE

OUR MISSION

Care that meets people where they are.

We train faith leaders to respond to immediate needs and activate support systems during mental health, behavioral health and community crises, connecting people with proper help and care with compassion.

PRESENCE. PREPARATION. CONNECTION.

Compassion in action

For the person navigating a crisis. For the neighbor who wants to help. For those who carry the weight of serving.

01

Crisis response

Calm, nonjudgmental support during incidents, emotional distress and difficult transitions.

02

Chaplain preparation

Practical foundations in pastoral care, ethical boundaries, listening and referral.

03

Care for the caregivers

Spiritual wellbeing and supportive connection for people who care for our community.

Studio photography of a uniformed security guard speaking with two civilians. The scene conveys a sense of professional guidance or instruction in an outdoor setting.

Alongside people. Alongside responders.

WHAT IS CRISIS RESPONSE?

A steady presence
in an unsteady moment.

An accident, loss or emotional crisis can interrupt a life in an instant. Chaplaincy offers compassionate listening, spiritual care when welcomed, and practical connections with help.

Pastoral care can complement mental and behavioral health services. Our role is to recognize needs, support dignity and connect people with appropriate professional care, including suicide-prevention resources.

CRC does not replace emergency responders, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

THE GOOD SAMARITAN IN OUR CITY

See the person.

Move toward the need.

Inspired by the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25–37, we believe care begins with noticing, drawing near and helping someone reach ongoing support.

NO ONE SHOULD FACE CRISIS ALONE

Be a presence that matters.
